Derek's 3-minute TEDtalk on the shirtless dancing guy was amazing. Derek's talk inspired me to create a movement of my own and test his theories out on the first follower. I talked to Derek about it and he convinced me to go for it. I am blogging about the experience at http://jeffunleashed.com/2010/02/26/a-brave-first-follower-steps-up/. Who would of thought a shirtless dancing guy would cause such a great discussion around leadership.

Michael's 3 workshop & Pendulum presentation is knock-out! Guess that's what happens when one works with some of the world's best "thought leaders".

Thanks for putting this together Tim. Love the audio interview too. Once Michael gets going he's hard to stop. At the 3 day workshop he talks about his personality type & how he/it interacts with others ... fascinating stuff. Helped me understand more about the "dominant" type and how to interact with them effectively. Also shed more light on my personality type, realizing my way of "being" is just as great too!

Something great Derek says is "call the destination and ask for directions".

Amazing thing about this blog is how you're allowing readers to "read (or listen) and find directions" ... so much positive & experienced guidance from Michael Drew & Derek Sivers.

Great stuff,

This all rings incredibly true Tim. Life is here to be lived. Don't defer, "live now" ... or get to living now ASAP. It's available & waiting for everyone of us.

PS - yes I have been in that space of YES I AM LIVING. It's magical. Being there more and more is the goal.

Great story and I want to add this; the process goes on even if you are not aware of it. You make decisions every day that determine your path...
