Derek's talk inspired me to create a movement of my own and test his theories out on the first follower. I talked to Derek about it and he convinced me to go for it. Who would of thought a shirtless dancing guy would cause such a great discussion around leadership. Jeff Derek’s 3-minute TEDtalk on the shirtless dancing guy was amazing. Guess that's what happens when one works with some of the world's best "thought leaders". Thanks for putting this together Tim. Love the audio interview too. Once Michael gets going he's hard to stop. At the 3 day workshop he talks about his personality type & how he/it interacts with others ... fascinating stuff. Helped me understand more about the "dominant" type and how to interact with them effectively. Also shed more light on my personality type, realizing my way of "being" is just as great too!
